Apples, Apples, Apples!

Mommy and Emma pose for a quick shot as we roam the rows and rows of apples looking for the perfect ones to put in our bag (or eat).
Mmmm...apple cider donuts!

Thank you Cronlund Family for a wonderful afternoon!

Meet Princess Hannah

Rats. I should have had that manicure before meeting all of my neighbors for the first time.
Here, let me just fix this one cuticule...
Ahh...much better. Mom, what do you think?

Our Second Annual Block Party

Emma THOROUGHLY enjoyed the face painting!
Which, well...turned into body painting once the elementary school girls of the neighborhood took over. Well, Uncle Matt, immitation IS the sincerest form of flattery:)
And Bub...FINALLY warmed up to the moon walk!

Too Cool for PRESCHOOL!

Emma's ready to jump in the car, she's so excited for her first day!
The first thing Emma does when she gets into the classroom is to wash her hands!
Emma pretends to drive the large firetruck on the school's playground. Hooray! She completed her first day and had a WONDERFUL time!

Our Final Night

What a tremendous blessing to share such wonderful moments with so many people you love so much! Miss you all, tons!

One Word: Scrumpdidlyumpcious!

Thank you, Lance, for the WONDERFUL crab feast!

Squish prefers NOT to get his hands dirty.

More of the Peanut...

Thank you Auntie Robyn for picking out such lovely digs!

Two Visits to the Lighthouse!

Two shorts: the trip and the kids. Who knew you had to be a certain height to climb to the top?

Brad visited again with Grampa, Owen, Robyn, and Laura...and oh the view!
Rumor has it--this thing was actually moved further inland just recently.

While The Cat's Away...

While Brad, Josh, Grandma and Grandpa enjoyed a lovely afternoon at the Wright Brothers Memorial, a group of us headed off to the outlets...(with only receipts to show for it :)

But then there was...Ocracoke.

Note: The smiles and perceived enjoyment were due to the trip home:) And ahhh yes, the nice BREEZE from the ferry ride!

Still...what a wonderful evening!

Ahhh...At The Beach!

The view from our home away from home. What a huge blessing! We slept about 200 yards from sea!

The families enjoyed a wonderful and oh-so-memorable night on the beach.

Thank you, Grampa for the ride to the airport! Our little Ladybug is packed and ready to go!
